(All groups offered 3 times per year: January, May & September)
This Inner Circle for Wellness group is limited to 10 participants. I will guide this group through the DESTRESS™ protocol in a live zoom call 2 times per month. This wellness group will last for 4 months and cover diet lifestyle, exercise, stress, toxins, rest & relaxation, emotional balance, supplements, and success mindset
Participants will have access via email throughout the 4 months with questions.
A recording of the live will be emailed out afterwards to all the participants

This round table wellness group will last for 4 months and cover more in-depth information on diet lifestyle, exercise, stress, toxins, rest & relaxation, emotional balance, supplements, and success mindset
