Certified Health Coach

As a certified health coach, I work to educate, guide and encourage my clients to make better food choices.  I do not promote any of the popular diets being followed today. These four pillars of health below are the foundation to the program that I work through with each of my clients.  

  • Lifestyle ~ How do you live? Are you on the go or at home more?

  • Exercise ~ How do you move? What type of activities are you involved with?

  • Attitude ~ How do you think? Are you positive or negative?

  • Nutrition ~ How do you eat? Do you eat more produce or more processed foods?

The L.E.A.N. program uses an analogy of a Traffic Light (Red, Yellow, and Green light foods) to educate clients on simple ways to transform their health with easy to follow eating habits to promote a long term lifestyle mindset as opposed to a short term diet mindset.

  • 6 weeks, 9 weeks, and 12 weeks(for all budgets)

6 Week Program

  • One conversation per week to review the past week and discuss what's next (zoom call or in person for Lake Norman area only)

  • Guidance, encouragement, support, handouts, and education on detox, clean eating, water intake, exercise suggestions and more.

9 Week Program

  • Free 15 -30 minute consultation (Is this program right for you?)

  • One conversation per week to review the past week and discuss what's next (zoom call or in person for Lake Norman area only)

  • Guidance, encouragement, support, handouts, and education on food journaling, detox, clean eating, water intake, exercise suggestions and more.

12 Week Program

  • Access to me 24/7 via email or text (please allow me up to 24 hours to respond)

Services

  • Pantry Categorizing ~ Not sure if the food items in your pantry or cupboards are health for you?  Let's categorize them into yellow and red light foods by learning to read labels easily.  This can be done virtually or in person. (Lake Norman area)

  • Prep for Grocery Shopping ~ Are you certain how to determine what's healthy to eat when grocery shopping?  Would you like a helpful list of healthy items to look for?  I can help! This can be done virtual or in person. (Lake Norman area)
