What's included? A weekly zoom meeting with me for 12 weeks. Payment is expected before the meeting takes place. We will discuss the following topics over the 12 weeks as needed. Some topics may discussed more than others. 1. Detox information 2. Importance of drinking water 3. Clean eating through Traffic Light Eating 4. Label reading especially important for boxed food 5. Discuss processed foods and moderation of them 6. Proteins, Grains, & Fats (the good kind) 7. Stress/Relaxation Reduction Ideas 8. Breathing techniques to help calm nervous system 9. Movement/execise ideas 10. Supplement discussion 11. Food Journal 12. pH levels of body discussion Payments may be made via Square or Venmo once you have joined.
